JOB DESCRIPTION

We are rapidly expanding and currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking Junior Office Coordinator. You must have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure work is produced to a high standard.

This role would also suit anyone considering a career in recruitment as this will give you a platform to grow into a trainee consultant.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Data management and filing

  • To assist with incoming calls and organise client bookings

  • Directly communicate with customers and drivers

  • To organise and maintain systems and diaries
